We used this company for 2 funerals, my father 33 years ago and last year for my brother. Every member of the team was professional, respectful and reliable. Sam was so supportive throughout the whole process. We are a Chinese family with certain traditions that Sam was very respectful of and made arrangements to accommodate. I will forever remember how reassured I felt with how they handled everything.

Hilary and Derek and his team were truly fantastic. They ensured that a difficult process was made easy. They were professional and went the extra mile to ensure that our family and friends were able to celebrate my fathers life as we wished to. We would like to thank all the team and would highly recommend.

Your service from first contact to the funeral and after was excellent and always respectful of my Mum whose funeral it was . Everyone was professional and very helpful. Tony and his team on the day of the funeral were very professional but also friendly and easy to communicate with and great with their guidance. The person i had most contact with was Sam in the office, i cannot praise her enough. She is thoroughly professional but with such a friendly and helpful manner. It was honestly like dealing with a friend and she made things so much easier to deal with and her organisation skills are fabulous. She is also a great support if that is needed. She could not do enough for me and without her the funeral would have taken a lot longer to get sorted out because we had delays. It was Sam who got to the reason why it was happening and got the ball rolling again. She is absolutely lovely and a star and a joy to deal with, nothing is too much trouble for her, and she is a huge asset to your company So i would highly recommend your company and service to anyone. Having used Mears & Cotterill for our Dads funeral, we knew what to expect for Mums. Sam who dealt with the funeral was absolutely fabulous! I knew Mum was well looked after and safe. Nothing was too much for Sam, she kept us well informed and up to date.
